Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of acdfoodforthoughts.help and the referral service Acdfoodforthoughts Septic offers through it. By browsing the site, phoning the number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Acdfoodforthoughts Septic is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drainfields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work Independently

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about whether a provider is available, how fast one responds, or how the work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact at any time, email contact@acdfoodforthoughts.help.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Acdfoodforthoughts Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Acdfoodforthoughts Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
